The Vintage Coach Shopper has the old school rich THICK soft supple beautiful leather. This is the only large tote style bag I’m aware of that has the thick soft supple Vintage Coach leather. This Vintage tote will easily fit your iPad Pro or smaller or a laptop up to 8.5”x12”.
Leather totes are not made like this anymore, even the new designer totes have thinner leather and smaller straps. Due to the size and the thickness of the leather this tote weighs 3.5pds.
The inside has one zippered side pocket and one open pocket for organizing the essentials. The leather overall is in amazing condition. The leather piping(edges) is in pristine condition except for around the handles where the buckle rubbed up again the piping. Due to the size and thickness of the leather you will see near the bottom it buckles out a bit, see the photos to better understand. This leather tote weighs 3.5pds because it is the old school thick leather. Will probably last a lifetime with care. All my Vintage Coach bags have been throughly cleaned to a “like new” state. The leather has been restored and has been given my leather love treatment (this is my special formula). The brass has been cleaned and wiped down (scratches and wear may show in brass and will be duly notes in description).
